Directions to Camp Hamman:

1. From San Antonio, take Highway 16 northwest to Bandera
2. In Bandera, turn right at the stoplight and remain on Hywy 16 (north)
3. Proceed through Bandera and turn left on FM 470
4. Proceed 6.5 miles on FM 470 through Tarpley Pass and enter gate to camp on your left (Note: You will first pass the gate for the Hamman YMCA camp on your left at approximately 6 miles and then proceed over the hill through Tarpley Pass, which is unmarked.  The scout gate is on your left on the downhill side of Tarpley Pass.  If you get to Tarpley - you've gone several miles too far!)
